What time is check-in/check-out?
Check-in time is after 4 p.m. – Check out is within 10 a.m.

What is included in the room price?
The room price includes: breakfast, daily cleaning, new bed and bath linen every 3 days, TV, air conditioning, swimming pool, parking space, Wi-Fi connection.

What is included in the apartment price?
The apartment price includes: water, gas, electricity, TV, air conditioning, swimming pool, parking space, Wi-Fi connection in shared spaces.

Do you sell homemade products?
Yes, Casale Giancesare produces its own wine, extravirgin olive oil and a variety of jams.

Is possible to have lunch or dinner at the Casale?
Yes, only upon request. Our guests can try and taste some dishes typical of the local cooking tradition.

Where is the nearest train station?
Casale Giancesare is exactly halfway between Paestum and Capaccio train stations, both 2 km away.

Where are the nearest airports?
The nearest airports are: Pontecagnano “Salerno – Costa d’Amalfi” (25 km), Naples “Capodichino” (100 km).

Is there a shuttle service from/towards the station or the airport?
Casale Giancesare provides a shuttle service but we have to be previously informed about the day and time of arrival.

Are guests reccomended to have or rent a car?

We suggest our guests to have or rent a car since the area is quite vast and wide, and the turist attractions are not very close one to each other.

Is there a minimum stay?

We apply a two nights minimum stay requirement for the rooms in high season. The apartments have a minimum stay of one week for the period going from June to September, with arrival and departure on Saturdays.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, depending on the season and period. Please inform us before booking.

When does the pool open/close?

We guarantee the use of the pool from 1st May until 30th September; in other periods depends from seasonal weather. We provide poolside dining in summer.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Cancellation notice made within 15 days before the arrival will not generate any penalty fee. Cancellation notice made within 7 days before the arrival will generate a cancellation charge of the first night room rate or 50% of the total amount of the reservation. Last minute cancellation (less than a week) for advance departure or no-show will produce a penalty fee equal to the total amount of the stay. During low season no cancellation fee within 3 days before the arrival.
